Free Money Calculators and Planners
Crestline Money offers a small set of free tools to help you look at everyday household money in pounds sterling. Each tool gives you a clear picture of your figures. It does not tell you what to do.
Our tools
Budget planner
List your monthly income and spending to see what is left at the end of each month. Use it to spot categories that take more than you expected. Try it first if you are new to budgeting.
Loan and EMI calculator
An EMI (equal monthly instalment) is the fixed amount you pay each month to repay a loan, including interest. Enter the amount borrowed, the interest rate and the term to see the monthly payment and the total cost of borrowing.
Savings goal
Set a target amount and a date, then see how much you would need to save each month to reach it. This works well for an emergency fund or a planned purchase.
Credit card payoff
Enter your balance, interest rate and monthly payment to see how long repayment could take and how much interest you might pay. Check your card statement or provider for the exact rate and charges.
How to use these tools
- Results are estimates based on the figures you enter. Rates, fees and terms can change.
- Check your numbers against official sources, such as your lender’s documents or your own statements.
- The tools are general information only. They are not personalised advice, and they do not take your full circumstances into account.
- If you are worried about debt, free and impartial help is available from StepChange, National Debt Line and Citizens Advice.
